組織理論與管理的主題關注發生在組織間、組織中的現象。本課程指在協助學生了解「組織理論」的相關理論，包括策略擬定、組織設計、組織文化、國際化等主題，將分成環境、組織間、組織內等層次依序介紹。除了課程講授，亦適度引入當紅的重要議題，如：企業社會責任、永續經營等，並搭配期刊文章閱讀與個案討論，有助學生將所學知識應用於生活現象之中。

The topic of organization theory and management focuses on phenomena that occur between and within organizations. This course helps students understand the relevant theories of "organizational theory", including strategy formulation, organizational design, organizational culture, internationalization and other topics.
