教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在培養學員具備策略性的永續創新思維，理解企業如何將永續議題轉化為營運韌性。課程內容涵蓋永續報告書之編撰邏輯與國際揭露趨勢，協助學生掌握重大性分析；同時導入生命週期評估（LCA）工具之應用，從產品與服務全生命週期角度辨識環境熱點，並進一步結合減碳策略與情境模擬，分析不同減碳路徑對企業營運、成本影響。此外，課程亦納入人權盡職調查實務，說明企業如何辨識、預防、減緩與補救營運及價值鏈中的人權風險。透過案例研討、工具演練與實務操作，建立以永續為導向的工程實務能力。
This course aims to cultivate students' strategic sustainable innovation thinking and understand how companies can transform sustainability issues into operational resilience. The course content covers the compilation logic of sustainability reports and international disclosure trends, helping students master materiality analysis. It also introduces the application of life cycle assessment (LCA) tools to identify environmental hot spots from the perspective of the entire life cycle of products and services. It further combines carbon reduction strategies and scenario simulations to analyze the impact of different carbon reduction paths on corporate operations and costs. In addition, the course also incorporates human rights due diligence practices to explain how companies identify, prevent, mitigate and remediate human rights risks in their operations and value chains. Establish sustainability-oriented engineering practice capabilities through case studies, tool drills and practical operations.
