影像是目前數位系統很常見的訊息來源之一。影像裡面包含豐富的資訊，但往往由於資料量過多，導致不易取得我們想要訊息，必須先經過處理後，才能擷取出我們想要的訊息。

本課程旨在建立學生影像處理與電腦視覺之基礎知識及實作能力，透過 Python 程式語言，搭配 OpenCV、NumPy、Matplotlib 與 Scikit-image 等函式庫，學習影像基本操作、色彩模型轉換、影像增強、濾波、影像分割及特徵擷取等技術，並透過實際案例培養學生運用影像分析方法解決問題之能力。本課程作業得於指定時間及規範下，搭配 AI 工具輔助學習，以提升學生自主探索、程式實作與問題解決之能力。

Image is one of the most common sources of information in current digital systems. Images contain a wealth of information, but often due to the excessive amount of data, it is difficult to obtain the information we want. We must first process it before we can extract the information we want.

This course aims to establish students' basic knowledge and implementation abilities in image processing and computer vision. It uses the Python programming language, coupled with function libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, Matplotlib and Scikit-image, to learn basic image operations, color model conversion, image enhancement, filtering, image segmentation, feature extraction and other technologies. It also uses practical cases to cultivate students' ability to use image analysis methods to solve problems. The assignments in this course can be combined with AI tools to assist learning within designated time and specifications to enhance students' abilities in independent exploration, program implementation and problem solving.
