本課程以電化學基礎知識為主軸，延續環境電化學課程之核心概念，進一步介紹電化學反應原理、電極行為、電化學分析方法及相關環境應用技術。課程內容將強化學生對電位、電流、電荷傳輸、電極動力學與質量傳輸等基本概念之理解，並說明其在環境工程與水處理技術中的實際應用。除基礎理論外，亦將介紹電容去離子（CDI）技術之原理、系統架構、操作機制及發展趨勢，以培養學生運用電化學知識分析與解決環境問題之能力。

This course focuses on the basic knowledge of electrochemistry, continues the core concepts of the environmental electrochemistry course, and further introduces the principles of electrochemical reactions, electrode behavior, electrochemical analysis methods and related environmental application technologies. The course content will strengthen students' understanding of basic concepts such as potential, current, charge transport, electrode dynamics and mass transport, and explain their practical applications in environmental engineering and water treatment technology. In addition to basic theory, the principles, system architecture, operating mechanism and development trends of capacitive deionization (CDI) technology will also be introduced to cultivate students' ability to use electrochemical knowledge to analyze and solve environmental problems.
