教育目標 Course Target
本課程以企業的角度探討人力資源管理之核心議題,包括:招募甄選、訓練發展、績效評估、及薪酬福利等主題之學理應用及實務展開。並探討績效管理之手法,包括: BSC_平衡計分卡, MBO_目標管理, KPI_關鍵績效指標, OKR_目標關鍵結果等管理工具之應用。透過醫療機構案例之導入與研討,培養學生具備企業人力資源及績效管理功能之規劃及部門展開與自我實踐能力。
This course explores the core issues of human resource management from a corporate perspective, including: the theoretical application and practical development of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, and compensation and benefits. And explore performance management techniques, including: BSC_Balanced Scorecard, MBO_Management by Objectives, KPI_Key Performance Indicators, OKR_Goal Key Results and other management tools. Through the introduction and discussion of medical institution cases, students are trained to have the planning, department development and self-practice capabilities of corporate human resources and performance management functions.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程將包含兩大主題:人力資源管理與績效管理。人力資源管理部分協助學習者瞭解並掌握人力資源管理的基本概念、理論與應用技術,以期達到理論與實務相結合的目標,引發學習者關切人力資源管理與發展的興趣。另外,績效管理部分介紹以「平衡計分卡」為基礎,由組織策略展開績效評估的指標網,並運用「目標管理」的手法,作為醫療經理人績效管理輔助的決策工具。
This course will cover two major topics: human resource management and performance management. The human resource management part helps learners understand and master the basic concepts, theories and application techniques of human resource management, in order to achieve the goal of combining theory and practice, and arouse learners' interest in human resource management and development. In addition, the performance management part introduces the indicator network for performance evaluation based on the "Balanced Scorecard" and the organizational strategy, and uses the "management by objectives" method as a decision-making tool to assist medical managers in performance management.
