教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在培養學生具備跨域整合之基因體資料處理與分析基礎能力，以探討複雜性狀背後的遺傳機制。課程以基因體學為核心，結合資訊科學與統計學，引導學生系統化學習資料前處理、功能註解及下游資料分析等方法，建立理論與實務並重的系統化技術。
This course aims to cultivate students' basic abilities in cross-domain integrated genome data processing and analysis to explore the genetic mechanisms behind complex traits. The course takes genomics as the core, combines information science and statistics, and guides students to systematically learn methods such as data pre-processing, functional annotation and downstream data analysis, and establish systematic technologies that pay equal attention to theory and practice.
