教育目標 Course Target
1 introduction of the fundamental biochemical concepts such as the stereochemical aspects of amino acids, peptides, proteins and nucleic acids
2 Detail explanations of receptor-ligand interactions, enzyme-substrate interactions, and enzyme kinetics.
Emphasis will be placed on the importance of enzyme inhibitors and applications in modern drug developments
3 More advanced topics such as complex enzyme and coenzyme mechanisms, molecular recognitions of protein-ligand and DNA-small ligand will be introduced.
