教育目標 Course Target
一、養成終生運動習慣。
二、瞭解排球各項技術應用。
三、熟練排球基本動作及規則。
四、對排球產生興趣並理解團隊合作精神。

1. Develop lifelong exercise habits.
2. Understand the technical applications of volleyball.
3. Be proficient in the basic movements and rules of volleyball.
