一、 技能領域：
1. 聽：在發音清晰且正常的語速下，學習者能夠理解與各人生活切身相關的訊息及常用詞彙，例如：教室用語、郵局、夜市、商店、銀行、超市等公共場合情境常用語。
2. 說：對於個人、生活、學習、日常生活週遭相關的話題和事物能做簡單的溝通與陳述。
3. 讀： 對於日常生活相關的主題，學習者能清楚理解簡短的對話內容。
4. 寫：能書寫基礎重要的詞彙及簡單的句子。
5. 綜合能力： 熟悉500個常用基礎詞彙，在聽、說、讀、寫上具備TOCFL(中文能力測驗)之基礎級應考能力。
二、 認知領域：
了解基本的華人溝通文化，能詮釋華人溝通的非語言訊息傳遞，知道如何與華人應對進退。
三、 情意領域：
尊重華人文化與本身文化的差異，了解華人文化的特色，進而接受、喜愛華人社會與文化，對華語產生永續學習的動機。

1. Skill areas:
1. Listening: With clear pronunciation and normal speaking speed, learners can understand information and common vocabulary that are closely related to everyone’s lives, such as: classroom terms, post offices, night markets, shops, banks, supermarkets and other public situations.
2. Speaking: Be able to communicate and make simple statements about topics and things related to personal life, study, and daily life.
3. Reading: Learners can clearly understand short conversations on topics related to daily life.
4. Writing: Able to write basic and important vocabulary and simple sentences.
5. Comprehensive ability: Be familiar with 500 commonly used basic vocabulary, and have basic-level TOCFL (Test of Chinese Proficiency) test-taking abilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
2. Cognitive areas:
Understand the basic Chinese communication culture, be able to interpret the non-verbal messaging of Chinese communication, and know how to deal with advances and retreats with Chinese people.
3. The realm of affection:
Respect the differences between Chinese culture and own culture, understand the characteristics of Chinese culture, and then accept and love Chinese society and culture, and have the motivation to continuously learn Chinese.
