本課程以「從認識自己到成為領導者」為核心，透過五個循序漸進的主題，引導學員展開自我成長與領導實踐。首先從「接納自己」開始，理解自身的優勢、限制與生命經驗，培養穩定的自我認同；其次「找到自己」，探索個人價值、興趣與人生方向。再透過「向前輩學習」，從他人的生命經驗與實踐智慧中汲取養分，建立自己的判斷與選擇。進一步學習「領導自己」，培養自律、反思、決策與持續行動的能力；最後進入「領導他人」，學習傾聽、溝通、同理、合作與承擔責任。課程強調領導並非始於權力，而是始於對自己的理解與修養；唯有能夠安頓自己、管理自己，才能真正理解他人、凝聚團隊，並在生活、家庭、職場與社會中產生正向影響。

This course takes "from knowing yourself to becoming a leader" as the core, and guides students to develop self-growth and leadership practices through five step-by-step themes. First, start with "accepting yourself", understand your own strengths, limitations and life experiences, and cultivate a stable self-identity; secondly, "find yourself" and explore personal values, interests and life direction. Then, through "learning from the elders", we can draw nutrients from other people's life experiences and practical wisdom, and establish our own judgment and choices. Further study "Leading Oneself", cultivating the ability of self-discipline, reflection, decision-making and continuous action; and finally entering "Leading Others", learning listening, communication, empathy, cooperation and taking responsibility. The course emphasizes that leadership does not begin with power, but with the understanding and cultivation of oneself; only by being able to settle and manage oneself can one truly understand others, unite the team, and have a positive impact in life, family, workplace, and society.
