面對人工智慧（AI）快速崛起、永續發展（SDGs／ESG）成為全球共識，以及數位科技持續改變工作型態的時代，未來職涯已不再是單一職業的選擇，而是一場持續探索、自我成長與跨域整合的人生設計旅程。
當代Z世代學生成長於數位原生環境，具備創意、多元思維與高度自主性，但同時也面臨職涯方向不明、資訊過載、工作型態快速變遷及全球競爭等挑戰。因此，大學教育除了專業知識培育之外，更應協助學生建立自我認識、未來洞察、跨域學習與終身成長的能力。
本課程以「探索自我、連結世界、設計未來」為核心理念，結合東海大學博雅教育精神，透過職涯探索、人生設計、AI應用、永續思維及產業實務等面向，引導學生認識自身特質、能力與價值觀，培養面對未來不確定環境的適應力與競爭力。
課程將邀請企業領袖、創業家、社會創新實踐者及跨領域專業人士進行經驗分享，並透過案例討論、職涯測評、實作體驗、企業參訪及專題規劃等方式，協助學生了解未來產業趨勢與人才需求，建立個人職涯藍圖

Facing the rapid rise of artificial intelligence (AI), sustainable development (SDGs/ESG) becoming a global consensus, and digital technology continuing to change work patterns, future careers are no longer a single career choice, but a life design journey of continuous exploration, self-growth and cross-domain integration.
Contemporary Generation Z students have grown up in a digital native environment and are equipped with creativity, diverse thinking and a high degree of autonomy. However, they also face challenges such as unclear career direction, information overload, rapid changes in work patterns and global competition. Therefore, in addition to cultivating professional knowledge, university education should also help students build their abilities for self-understanding, future insight, cross-domain learning and lifelong growth.
This course takes "Explore Yourself, Connect the World, and Design the Future" as its core concept and combines the liberal arts education spirit of Tunghai University. Through career exploration, life design, AI application, sustainable thinking, and industrial practice, it guides students to understand their own characteristics, abilities, and values, and cultivates their adaptability and competitiveness in facing the uncertain future environment.
The course will invite business leaders, entrepreneurs, social innovation practitioners and cross-field professionals to share their experiences, and help students understand future industry trends and talent needs and establish a personal career blueprint through case discussions, career assessments, practical experiences, corporate visits and topic planning.
