教育目標 Course Target
在生成式 AI、社群演算法與深偽技術(Deepfake)主導的數位洪流下,傳統的「媒體素養」已不能僅停留在「被動不看假新聞」,而必須晉升為「識讀媒體生態權力結構」、「解構虛假訊息(Disinformation)傳播機制」與「主導不確定性危機決策」的積極防禦。本課程是一門跨學門的創新核心課程,其設計立基於「認知防禦(理性識讀)與危機治理(策略行動)」之雙軌哲學,旨在將大眾傳播學界的經典學術理論,與當代前沿的事實查核與危機傳播技術進行跨時代對話,並引入黃兆璽老師《風暴思維》的核心決策框架,建立數位時代的社會信任護城河。
本課程內涵:
媒體知識與生態識讀:麥克魯漢的「媒介即訊息」在當代化身為演算法的「過濾泡泡(Filter Bubble)」與「同溫層效應」。我們引導學生理解平台資本主義下的資訊生產機制,解碼數位新聞編輯台為了爭奪點閱率(CTR)與留存時間(Dwell Time)所使用的原生圖表與標題攻防戰,識讀新數位把關人的權力地圖。
假新聞解構與認知防禦(Fake News & Cognitive Defense):深入剖析虛假訊息(Disinformation)與誤導訊息(Misinformation)的製造鏈。課程不僅著重於事實查核(Fact-checking)的技術操演(如圖片反向檢索、數位足跡溯源),更從認知心理學出發,解構人類大腦的認知偏誤(如確認偏誤、逆火效應)如何成為假新聞傳播的燃料。
風暴思維與危機公關傳播(Storm Thinking & Crisis Communication):在極端情緒主導的社群暴風雨中,企業、組織與個人的形象極易在黃金時間內因虛假訊息的煽動而崩毀。本課程引入黃兆璽老師《風暴思維》中的「善意框架」與 Benoit 形象修復理論,教育學生在危機重壓與演算法狂潮下不恐慌、不對立,而是透過結構化資訊與真誠的危機修補策略,化風暴危機為組織進化的「反脆弱」生機。
Under the digital torrent dominated by generative AI, social algorithms and deepfake technology, traditional "media literacy" can no longer just remain as "passive and not watching fake news", but must be promoted to the active defense of "understanding the media ecological power structure", "deconstructing the disinformation (Disinformation) mechanism" and "leading uncertain crisis decision-making". This course is an interdisciplinary innovative core course. Its design is based on the dual-track philosophy of "cognitive defense (rational reading) and crisis management (strategic action)". It aims to conduct a cross-generational dialogue between classic academic theories in the field of mass communication and contemporary cutting-edge fact-checking and crisis communication technologies. It also introduces the core decision-making framework of Huang Zhaoxi's "Storm Thinking" to establish a moat of social trust in the digital era.
Contents of this course:
Media knowledge and ecological literacy: McLuhan's "medium is the message" has been transformed into the "Filter Bubble" and "Stratospheric Effect" of algorithms in contemporary times. We guide students to understand the information production mechanism under platform capitalism, decode the offensive and defensive battles between native charts and headlines used by digital newsrooms to compete for click-through rate (CTR) and retention time (Dwell Time), and understand the power map of the new digital gatekeepers.
Fake News & Cognitive Defense: An in-depth analysis of the manufacturing chain of false information (Disinformation) and misleading information (Misinformation). The course not only focuses on the technical operations of fact-checking (such as reverse image retrieval, digital footprint tracing), but also starts from cognitive psychology to deconstruct how the cognitive biases of the human brain (such as confirmation bias and backfire effect) become the fuel for the spread of fake news.
Storm Thinking & Crisis Communication: In a social storm dominated by extreme emotions, the image of companies, organizations and individuals can easily be destroyed by false information during prime time. This course introduces the "Good Will Framework" and Benoit's Image Repair Theory from Teacher Huang Zhaoxi's "Storm Thinking" to educate students not to panic or confront under the pressure of crisis and the frenzy of algorithms. Instead, through structured information and sincere crisis repair strategies, students can turn storm crises into "anti-fragile" vitality for organizational evolution.
