「隨師成長」的核心，在於透過持續與老師的對話、互動與陪伴，讓學生在大學不同階段逐漸看見自己的學習歷程，並在他人的生命經驗中重新理解自己。
「隨師成長（一）」著重於透過與老師持續對話，聆聽不同老師的學習與成長經驗，協助學生整理並追蹤自己的學習路徑。
到了「隨師成長（三）」，學生已經累積了一定程度對世界、對自己，以及對不同學習領域的探索。因此，本課程希望再往前一步，從「我正在學什麼」進一步走向「我是誰」、「我想成為什麼樣的人」、「我未來想走什麼樣的路」以及「我想過什麼樣的生活」。
在這門課裡，「師」不只是授課教師或學校裡的老師，而是所有值得我們學習與參照的人。他可能是一位老師、一位不同領域的工作者、一位知名人物，也可能只是一個認真生活的普通人；甚至可以透過一本書、一段傳記或一個人的生命故事，找到自己想要學習與對話的對象。
因此，「隨師成長（三）」不是一門以固定知識傳授為核心的課程，而是一段由教師陪伴學生持續探索、對話、行動與回看的過程。

本課程希望學生透過一學期的探索，逐漸形成三個彼此連結的思考：
我在意什麼？→ 我想成為什麼樣的人？→ 因此，我接下來想怎麼學？

The core of "Growing with Teachers" is that through continuous dialogue, interaction and companionship with teachers, students can gradually see their own learning process at different stages of college and re-understand themselves through the life experiences of others.
"Growing with Teachers (1)" focuses on continuous dialogue with teachers, listening to the learning and growth experiences of different teachers, and helping students organize and track their own learning paths.
By "Growing with Teachers (3)", students have accumulated a certain degree of exploration of the world, themselves, and different learning areas. Therefore, this course hopes to go one step further from "what am I learning" to "who am I", "what kind of person do I want to be", "what kind of path do I want to take in the future" and "what kind of life do I want to live".
In this course, "teacher" is not just the teacher or the teacher in the school, but all the people who are worthy of our learning and reference. He may be a teacher, a worker in a different field, a famous figure, or just an ordinary person who lives a serious life; you can even find the person you want to learn and talk to through a book, a biography, or a person's life story.
Therefore, "Growing with the Teacher (3)" is not a course with fixed knowledge transfer as its core, but a process of continuous exploration, dialogue, action and review in which teachers accompany students.

This course hopes that students will gradually form three interconnected thoughts through a semester of exploration:
What do I care about? → Who do I want to be? → So, what do I want to learn next?
