本課程以「ESG 永續發展」為核心，結合「實體AI、機器人、智慧製造」等新興產業趨勢，探討企業如何在淨零轉型、數位轉型與智慧化升級的浪潮中，重新建構競爭力與永續價值。
課程前半部聚焦於 ESG、淨零碳排、碳管理、綠色供應鏈與永續商業模式，使學生理解企業面對國際永續規範、碳費制度、供應鏈減碳壓力與綠色金融時，所需具備的策略思維。
課程後半部則導入實體AI、機器人、智慧製造、數位雙生、AIoT、自動化生產與產業應用案例，說明 AI 不再只是軟體工具，而是逐漸進入工廠、倉儲、醫療、服務業與城市治理場域，成為推動產業升級的重要力量。
本課程透過專題演講、產業案例、趨勢分析與期末報告，引導學生理解 ESG 與智慧科技並非兩條平行線，而是未來企業轉型、產業創新與社會永續發展的重要交會點。

This course takes "ESG sustainable development" as the core and combines emerging industry trends such as "physical AI, robots, and smart manufacturing" to explore how companies can rebuild competitiveness and sustainable value in the wave of net-zero transformation, digital transformation, and smart upgrading.
The first half of the course focuses on ESG, net-zero carbon emissions, carbon management, green supply chain and sustainable business models, allowing students to understand the strategic thinking that companies need to have when facing international sustainability norms, carbon fee systems, supply chain carbon reduction pressures and green finance.
The second half of the course introduces physical AI, robots, smart manufacturing, digital twins, AIoT, automated production and industrial application cases, explaining that AI is no longer just a software tool, but has gradually entered factories, warehousing, medical care, service industries and urban governance, becoming an important force in promoting industrial upgrading.
Through special lectures, industry cases, trend analysis and final reports, this course guides students to understand that ESG and smart technology are not two parallel lines, but an important intersection of future corporate transformation, industrial innovation and sustainable social development.
