教育目標 Course Target
** Course Objectives:
This course offers an in-depth exploration of strategic management, equipping students with both theoretical foundations and practical tools essential for today’s fast-changing business world. Students will develop the ability to:
- Analyze organizational environments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Formulate and evaluate business-level and corporate-level strategies.
- Understand the role of leadership and organizational structure in successful strategy implementation.
- Apply strategic thinking to address contemporary business challenges.
** Course Contents:
The course is structured into four comprehensive modules: Introduction to Strategic Management, The Nature of Competitive Advantage, Strategies, and Implementing Strategy.
Throughout the course, students will engage in real-world case studies and develop critical problem-solving and decision-making skills relevant to strategic management.

** Course Selection Information
- Grading policies are detailed in the course syllabus.
- Attendance is determined solely by iLearn records from the first week of the semester; exchange students follow the Office of International Relations (OIR) arrangements.
- The grading formula includes a built-in absence allowance; only excess absences affect the grade — Student Information System (SIS) leave submissions are not factored into the calculation.
- If SIS leave registration is institutionally required, complete it within the university-stipulated timeframe; do not request leave from the instructor by email.
- Online instruction is not currently planned; any changes will be communicated via official announcement; online classes are not available upon individual request.
- Tardiness or early departure may be logged on the iLearn system without prior warning and will be accessible for student review; no further notification will be issued by the instructor.
