教育目標 Course Target
憲法訴訟法為我國憲法法院據以審判的法規依據，在大一的憲法課程中由於課程內容安排、以及學生對於訴訟法並未熟悉下，多未詳談。然而憲法訴訟的重要性，在於確保法規範及法院裁判符合憲法的價值精神，有學習的必要性。
藉由本課程，學習重要的憲法訴訟概念，並透過相關憲法裁判內容，學習憲法訴訟的程序，並能提出遇到相關爭議時的解決方法。
The Constitutional Procedural Law is the legal basis for trials by the Constitutional Court of our country. In the freshman constitutional law course, due to the course content arrangement and the fact that students are not familiar with the procedural law, it is not discussed in detail. However, the importance of constitutional litigation lies in ensuring that legal norms and court decisions are in line with the values and spirit of the Constitution, and there is a need to learn from them.
Through this course, students can learn important concepts of constitutional litigation, learn the procedures of constitutional litigation through relevant constitutional adjudication content, and be able to propose solutions to relevant disputes.
