Local Government Act
教育目標 Course Target
透過本課程的研習，讓俢課學生了解目前台灣的地方自治法制，同時有機會就中央與地方權限、自治概念、府際治理及地方財政等議題，運用法學方法配合社會科學研究方法，進行分析。
Through the study of this course, students can understand the current local autonomy legal system in Taiwan. At the same time, they will have the opportunity to use legal methods and social science research methods to analyze issues such as central and local authorities, the concept of autonomy, intergovernmental governance, and local finance.
