活動、海上事故及海上企業金融討論船舶所有人、運送人、託運人及第三人間運送契約或海上事故
的責任歸屬，為未來從事海運法務相關工作者所必需。
本課程係對於海商法加以介紹，期使同學對於海商法之規定加以了解。並對相關爭議問題與外國法
律及國際公約相關規定加以討論。上課方式為由授課教師按課程進度將以講解，並提出相關問題由
同學討論。本課程將彈性達成下列授課進度：海商法基本概念、船舶概念、海事優先權、船舶所有
人責任限制、傭船契約、件貨運送、運送契約當事人、海上運送人義務、船舶所有人免責與限責事
項、載貨證券、其他運送單證、管轄權與準據法條款與仲裁、船舶碰撞、海難救助、共同海損。

Events, Marine Accidents and Maritime Business Finance Discussion Contracts of Carriage or Marine Accidents between shipowners, carriers, shippers and third parties
The attribution of responsibilities is necessary for future workers engaged in maritime legal affairs.
This course is an introduction to maritime law and aims to enable students to understand the provisions of maritime law. and discuss relevant disputes and foreign laws
The relevant provisions of laws and international conventions will be discussed. Based on the class method, teachers will explain according to the course progress and ask relevant questions.
Discuss with classmates. This course will be flexible to achieve the following teaching pace: basic concepts of maritime law, ship concepts, maritime priority, ship ownership
Limitation of personal liability, shipping contract, cargo transportation, parties to the transportation contract, ocean carrier's obligations, ship owner's exemption and limitation of liability
Items, cargo securities, other shipping documents, jurisdiction and applicable law clauses and arbitration, ship collision, maritime salvage, general average.
