教育目標 Course Target
勞動三法(工會,團體協商與勞資爭議)所涉及之議題,從國際公約,國際勞動基準等比較法與理論, 介紹與檢討台灣法律實務問題.
Issues involved in the three labor laws (trade unions, group consultations and labor disputes) are introduced and reviewed in Taiwan's legal practice from comparative laws and theories such as international conventions and international labor standards.
