本課程將介紹物權的基本原理，關於物之所有、使用、收益和處分之相關制度，使學生理解物權在民法體系中的意義與運作。為促進理解，課程也將適時加入比較法，以協助學生理解我國物權編繼受脈絡與制度來源。此外將搭配實例解說以及演練，使學生能理解物權法如何在具體案例中如何適用。本學期的進度將以所有權、共有以及佔有為主，下學期則著重於用益物權以及擔保物權。

This course will introduce the basic principles of property rights and the relevant systems regarding the ownership, use, income and disposal of property, so that students can understand the significance and operation of property rights in the civil law system. In order to promote understanding, the course will also include comparative law in due course to help students understand the inheritance context and institutional sources of property rights in my country. In addition, it will be paired with case explanations and exercises to enable students to understand how property law is applied in specific cases. This semester's progress will focus on ownership, co-ownership and possession, while the next semester will focus on usufructuary rights and security interests.

民法物權編所規定者，乃一般物權關係，在物權法定之原則下，物權的種類與內容均屬固定，然為適應社會的需要，各國物權法仍不斷的發展，故本課程即以使同學瞭解我國民法物權編之規定及物權法之趨勢為目的，同時更可作為日後研究土地法等特別法之準備。

What is stipulated in the Property Rights Section of Civil Law is a general property right relationship. Under the principle of statutory property rights, the types and contents of property rights are fixed. However, in order to adapt to the needs of society, the property rights laws of various countries are still developing continuously. Therefore, this course is designed to enable students to understand the provisions of the Property Rights Section of my country's Civil Law and the trends of property rights laws. It can also serve as preparation for studying special laws such as land law in the future.
