教育目標 Course Target
圖像學(Iconology)源自藝術史研究傳統,旨在探討圖像的意義生成、文化脈絡與象徵系統。隨著當代媒介技術的發展,圖像已不再只是被觀看與解讀的對象,更成為藝術創作、社會溝通與知識生產的重要媒介。
本課程將從圖像學發展至當代圖像理論,探討圖像如何作為文化、權力、記憶與知識建構的載體。同時,課程強調理論與創作並重,透過案例分析、圖像研究、實驗創作與作品討論,引導學生將圖像學觀點轉化為個人創作方法,思考圖像在當代藝術中的再詮釋與再生產。
Iconology originates from the research tradition of art history and aims to explore the meaning generation, cultural context and symbolic system of images. With the development of contemporary media technology, images are no longer just objects to be viewed and interpreted, but have become an important medium for artistic creation, social communication and knowledge production.
This course will develop from iconography to contemporary image theory, exploring how images serve as carriers of culture, power, memory and knowledge construction. At the same time, the course emphasizes both theory and creation. Through case analysis, image research, experimental creation and work discussion, it guides students to transform iconographic perspectives into personal creative methods and think about the reinterpretation and reproduction of images in contemporary art.

本課程以設計創作為導向,著重視覺符號與應用媒體的並用,透過文字、圖像的構成形式實驗多樣表現技法,經由專題創作呈現具時代性之應用設計創作,探索應用設計創作在藝術及設計相關領域發展的可能性。
This course is oriented towards design creation, focusing on the combined use of visual symbols and applied media, experimenting with various expression techniques through the composition of text and images, presenting contemporary applied design creation through thematic creation, and exploring the possibility of the development of applied design creation in art and design-related fields.
