本課程課程旨在培養兼具專業理論與實作能力的高階農業人才，重點涵蓋有機與健康農業、高科技設施農業、農業生物技術、品牌行銷與休閒觀光。從精緻農業實際例子，使學生了解如何利用農業知識改善生活及與其專業結合，提升學生學習成效，增進論述、論證、審問及思辨等能力。
內涵：嶄新的農業願景是創造國人新的生活價值，是「軟國力」的展現。為落實產業發展，人才培育為重要之基石，強調「從做中學」精神，內容涵蓋「精緻農業概論」、「休閒產業發展」、「有機與健康農業」、「農產品行銷」，內容包含農委會推動之三大願景中的多項產業，如「健康農業」之有機農業、安全農業；「卓越農業」之農業生物技術、蘭花、觀賞魚、種畜禽；「樂活農業」之農業深度旅遊、休閒產業、農村旅遊、生態旅遊、農業精品產製與行銷等。不僅平常有專業的理論基礎，更提供了豐富的實習操作機會，未來，可利用進步的生技技術優勢，讓臺灣農業不僅是靠勞力的初級產業，而是走向行銷、服務面向，建立特有品牌與提升品質的高技術產業，以立體化、精細化、高端化為發展主軸。

This course aims to cultivate high-level agricultural talents with both professional theoretical and practical abilities, focusing on organic and healthy agriculture, high-tech facility agriculture, agricultural biotechnology, brand marketing and leisure tourism. From practical examples of refined agriculture, students can understand how to use agricultural knowledge to improve their lives and combine it with their majors, improve students' learning effectiveness, and enhance their ability to discuss, demonstrate, interrogate, and think.

The content covers "Introduction to Precision Agriculture", "Leisure Industry Development", "Organic and Healthy Agriculture", and "Agricultural Products Marketing". The content includes many of the three major visions promoted by the Council of Agriculture.
