為落實學用合一，完備職涯輔導，本系有開設企業橋接實習課程，讓大四學生在下學期至企業端實習，提前準備就業能力；雖會安排橋接廠商蒞系說明簡介，然因時間有限加之學生心態及準備不足，致最後媒合成功至企業端就業之學生不如預期。因此，希望藉由本課程開設，可讓參與橋接實習之企業有更多時間說明，讓同學對企業有更深之了解；另引導學生對橋接實習應有之心態及藉由履歷自傳與面試之準備，讓學生對自己興趣專長之掌握有更深一層的啟發。本課程透過課程討論､業師分享､面試申請與實踐等的多元教學方式，強化同學的課程參與。透過討論與實踐等的參與學習方式，期待得以強化同學銜接職場的能力。

In order to implement the integration of learning and application and provide complete career guidance, the department has opened a corporate bridging internship course, allowing senior students to intern in companies in the next semester to prepare for employability in advance. Although bridging manufacturers will be arranged to visit the department to explain the introduction, due to time constraints and students' mentality and lack of preparation, the number of students who are successfully matched to corporate jobs is not as expected. Therefore, we hope that through the establishment of this course, companies participating in bridging internships will have more time to explain, so that students can have a deeper understanding of the companies; it will also guide students to have a better attitude towards bridging internships and prepare for resumes, autobiographies and interviews, so that students can have a deeper understanding of their own interests and expertise. This course uses multiple teaching methods such as course discussions, industry teacher sharing, interview application and practice to strengthen students' participation in the course. Through participatory learning methods such as discussion and practice, it is expected to strengthen students' ability to connect to the workplace.

希望透過橋接實習廠商到校說明及演講，讓學生更了解橋接廠商之現況與需求，進而選擇適合自己興趣及專長之廠商進行橋接實習；此外，亦會安排履歷自傳撰寫及面試技巧課程，以增加學生被橋接實習廠商錄取之機會。

It is hoped that through introductions and speeches by bridging internship manufacturers on campus, students can better understand the current situation and needs of bridging internship manufacturers, and then choose a manufacturer that suits their interests and expertise for bridging internships. In addition, courses on resume writing and interview skills will also be arranged to increase students' chances of being admitted by bridging internship manufacturers.
