本課程目標為教導大學部學生了解功能性食品產業發展、功能性食品的生理機制與開發應用，以及如何以智慧聯網(AIoT)技術管理功能性食品及其供應鏈，訓練學生具備功能性食品與人工智慧(AI)技術應用的跨領域知識，培養學生成為功能性食品開發與AI技術整合之管理專才。

The goal of this course is to teach undergraduate students to understand the development of the functional food industry, the physiological mechanisms and development applications of functional foods, and how to use intelligent Internet of Things (AIoT) technology to manage functional foods and their supply chains. It also trains students to have cross-field knowledge of functional foods and artificial intelligence (AI) technology applications, and trains students to become management professionals in functional food development and AI technology integration.
