本課程旨在介紹細胞生物學之核心概念與研究方法，使學生理解細胞作為生命基本單位之結構、功能與調控機制。課程將從細胞多樣性、細胞化學與能量代謝出發，進一步探討細胞膜運輸、胞器功能、細胞訊息傳遞、細胞骨架、細胞週期與細胞死亡等重要生理機制，並延伸至細胞間交互作用、幹細胞與組織再生等現代生物醫學議題。透過理論講授與案例分析，培養學生對細胞層級生命現象的整合理解能力，以及閱讀與分析細胞生物學相關研究之基礎能力。

This course aims to introduce the core concepts and research methods of cell biology, so that students can understand the structure, function and regulatory mechanism of cells as the basic unit of life. The course will start from cell diversity, cell chemistry and energy metabolism, and further explore important physiological mechanisms such as cell membrane transport, organelle function, cell message transmission, cytoskeleton, cell cycle and cell death, and extend to modern biomedical issues such as cell-cell interactions, stem cells and tissue regeneration. Through theoretical teaching and case analysis, students will develop their integrated understanding of life phenomena at the cell level, as well as their basic ability to read and analyze cell biology-related research.
