教育目標 Course Target

本課程為三年級上學期的實習預備課程,採取小班制教學。課程承接二年級下學期之個別會談技巧與個案工作流程基礎,進一步將助人知能延伸至多元實務領域。本學期核心重點聚焦於深化會談技術與實習申請準備兩個面向。首先,在會談技術方面,焦點將從個別個案擴大至系統性實務,著重於進階會談技術的操作與帶領,學習將會談與評估技巧延伸應用於家庭與社區等相關場域。其次,在實習準備與機構媒合方面,將系統性引導學生進行自我探索與專業反思,撰寫個人自傳與實習計畫書,以釐清自身實習興趣。課程亦著重於實務對接,輔導學生找尋適當的實習機構,並針對機構的面試需求,進行面談技巧的模擬演練與角色扮演,以提升專業表達能力,順利通過實習面試。本學期擬透過進階的演練與討論,結合文書撰寫與面試指導,協助同學在進入機構實習前,在專業技術或心理調適上,做好充分準備。


This course is an internship preparatory course for the first semester of the third grade, and is taught in a small class format. The course inherits the basics of individual interview skills and case work processes from the second semester of the second year, and further extends the knowledge of helping others to diverse practical fields. The core focus of this semester is on deepening interview skills and preparing for internship applications. First of all, in terms of interviewing techniques, the focus will expand from individual cases to systematic practice, focusing on the operation and guidance of advanced interviewing techniques, and learning to extend interviewing and assessment skills to related fields such as families and communities. Secondly, in terms of internship preparation and institutional matching, students will be systematically guided to conduct self-exploration and professional reflection, and write personal autobiographies and internship plans to clarify their own internship interests. The course also focuses on practical docking, guiding students to find appropriate internship organizations, and conducts simulation exercises and role-playing of interview skills according to the organization's interview needs to improve professional expression skills and successfully pass internship interviews. This semester, we plan to use advanced drills and discussions, combined with guidance on document writing and interviewing, to help students become fully prepared in terms of professional skills or psychological adjustment before entering institutional internships.
