教育目標 Course Target
隨著公民社會日趨穩健成熟,社區工作也漸漸從社會工作的專業取向,走向國家與群眾的社會參與路徑,諸如近十年發展的地方創生、共生社區、韌性社會/區等概念和行動,居間牽動著我們對於「社區」一詞的邊界想像、生存形式、生活方式、人與非人的共生、跨域互惠,以及相對抽象的能動性、主體性、地方感、認同與歸屬等議題。這門課將帶領修課同學探索當代社區工作發展的理論、概念和實踐經驗,自前一學期「社區組織與社區發展」課程的核心知識,疊加上當代社區工作內涵的轉變、企圖和案例實踐。總體課程將與修課學生共同思索何以社區工作是追求民主、人權、公平正義社會的行動基石。
As civil society becomes more robust and mature, community work has gradually shifted from the professional orientation of social work to the social participation path of the state and the masses. Concepts and actions such as local creation, symbiotic communities, and resilient societies/districts developed in the past decade have affected our imagination of the boundaries of the term "community," forms of existence, lifestyles, symbiosis between humans and non-humans, cross-domain reciprocity, as well as relatively abstract issues such as agency, subjectivity, sense of place, identity, and belonging. This course will lead students to explore the theories, concepts and practical experiences of the development of contemporary community work. The core knowledge from the "Community Organization and Community Development" course in the previous semester will be superimposed on the changes, attempts and case practices of the connotation of contemporary community work. The overall course will work with students to think about why community work is the cornerstone of action in the pursuit of democracy, human rights, and a fair and just society.
課程概述 Course Description
社區工作是「社區組織與社區發展」之進階課程,旨在培養學生進入社區實作的專業能力。社區工作課程內容包括社區工作新涵義、社區工作者的角色與知識基礎、社區工作的模型、社區工作與福利社區化及世界各國的社區工作新趨勢。
本課程教學的重點在於社區工作之應用與實踐,特別是將運用青年學子參與社區行動的策略,以實地參與的方式,讓學生充分體會與暸解社區實踐的過程,並期望以參與行動創造出社區改變的力量,營造社區的新風貌,以體驗、參與、學習三位一體的教學方式,期使社區工作的理論與實踐,能讓學生有充分的了解與深刻的體驗。
Community work is an advanced course in "Community Organization and Community Development", aiming to cultivate students' professional abilities to enter the community. The content of the community work course includes the new meaning of community work, the role and knowledge base of community workers, models of community work, community work and welfare communityization, and new trends in community work in various countries around the world.
The teaching focus of this course is on the application and practice of community work. In particular, it will use the strategies of young students to participate in community actions. It will allow students to fully experience and understand the process of community practice through on-the-spot participation. It is also expected that participation in actions will create the power of community change and create a new look for the community. The teaching method of experience, participation and learning will enable students to have a full understanding and profound experience of the theory and practice of community work.
