本課程介紹政治科學研究的基本概念和研究方法，本課程所學不只能為同學奠定未來做研究的基礎，也能應用於日常生活之上。

This course introduces the basic concepts and research methods of political science research. What you learn in this course can not only lay the foundation for future research, but can also be applied to daily life.

針對政治現象從問題的提出到問題的解答作有系統的介紹。以科學的方法，從概念的形成、假設的提出、通則的建立、模式的形成到理論的建構依序說明。並透過研究法的介紹使學生能瞭解、批判、並運用各種研究法來對特定的問題提出解決的方法。

Provide a systematic introduction to political phenomena from raising questions to answering them. Using scientific methods, it is explained sequentially from the formation of concepts, the formulation of hypotheses, the establishment of general principles, the formation of models to the construction of theories. Through the introduction of research methods, students can understand, criticize, and apply various research methods to propose solutions to specific problems.
