教育目標 Course Target
本課程除了對研究法作廣泛的介紹外，並加強統計學的基本原則和⽅法，以及 統計學在社會科學的運⽤，期使同學對統計在研究政治現象所扮演的角⾊有深入的 瞭解。並配合統計軟體的介紹與實作，使學⽣能夠獨⽴從事資料分析。第⼀階段著重於社會科學的研究法，第⼆階段著重於資料的分析和統計學實務的研討和實作。
In addition to a broad introduction to research methods, this course also strengthens the basic principles and methods of statistics, as well as the application of statistics in social sciences, hoping to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the role statistics plays in studying political phenomena. It also provides the introduction and implementation of statistical software to enable students to independently engage in data analysis. The first stage focuses on social science research methods, and the second stage focuses on data analysis and the discussion and implementation of statistical practice.
