課程內容包括金融環境介紹、財務比率之應用、貨幣的時間價值、債券評價、股票評價、風險與報酬(含投資組合)、投資決策等議題。內涵期許培養學生具備產業專業知識、邏輯推理及分析能力、數理或計量分析能力、基本商業與管理知識以及社會科學知識。

Course content includes an introduction to the financial environment, application of financial ratios, time value of money, bond evaluation, stock evaluation, risk and return (including investment portfolio), investment decision-making and other topics. The connotation is expected to cultivate students with industrial professional knowledge, logical reasoning and analytical abilities, mathematical or quantitative analysis abilities, basic business and management knowledge, and social science knowledge.

Introduces the theoretical basis and practical techniques of a company's investment and financing decisions, including topics such as capital budgeting, securities evaluation, capital costs, dividend policy, and short-term working capital management. In addition, some new development topics will be introduced, including risk management, options, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
