教育目標 Course Target
本課程以「理財素養、社會關懷與生命成長」為核心主軸,結合理論學習、社會服務與反思實踐,培養學生具備健全的財務管理能力、積極的公民責任意識,以及尊重生命與關懷社會的價值觀。
在課程目標方面,首先透過系統化的理財教育,協助學生建立正確的金錢觀與財務管理觀念,深化個人理財知識,提升財務規劃、資源配置、風險管理及理性決策能力,使學生能將理財素養融入未來職涯發展與人生規劃之中。其次,透過服務學習活動,引導學生走入社區、校園及弱勢服務場域,實際關心不同族群的需求,增進對社會議題的理解與同理心,培養服務精神與社會責任感。第三,藉由服務經驗與課堂學習之整合,引導學生進行深度反思,思考個人、社會與生命之間的關係,從服務歷程中學習自我覺察、自我成長與價值建構,進而體悟生命的意義與責任。
在課程內容方面,課程將涵蓋以下三大面向:
一、理財知識與理財素養培育
包括個人財務管理、預算規劃、儲蓄與投資觀念、信用管理、風險控管、保險規劃及財務目標設定等主題。透過案例分析、情境模擬及實作練習,培養學生運用理財知識解決實際問題之能力,建立終身受用的財務管理素養。
二、社會服務與實務參與
結合社區服務、理財教育推廣、公益活動或弱勢關懷等服務方案,讓學生透過實際參與,了解社會不同群體在經濟、教育及生活上的需求與挑戰,並將所學知識轉化為服務行動,實踐大學社會責任精神。
三、反思學習與生命教育
透過學習日誌、反思報告、團體討論、成果分享及教師引導等方式,協助學生檢視服務歷程中的學習收穫與成長經驗,反思財富、幸福、責任與生命價值的意涵。藉由知識學習、服務實踐與自我反思的循環歷程,促進學生品格發展、價值提升及全人教育之實現。
本課程期望學生不僅能學習如何管理金錢,更能學習如何管理人生;不僅關注個人財務的累積,更能培養關懷社會、服務他人及珍惜生命的態度,成為兼具專業能力、人文素養與社會責任感之現代公民。
This course takes "Financial Literacy, Social Care and Life Growth" as its core theme and combines theoretical learning, social service and reflective practice to cultivate students' sound financial management capabilities, active sense of civic responsibility, and values of respecting life and caring for society.
In terms of course objectives, first of all, through systematic financial education, we help students establish a correct outlook on money and financial management, deepen personal financial knowledge, and improve financial planning, resource allocation, risk management and rational decision-making capabilities, so that students can integrate financial literacy into their future career development and life planning. Secondly, through service learning activities, students are guided into communities, campuses and disadvantaged service areas, to actually care about the needs of different ethnic groups, enhance their understanding and empathy of social issues, and cultivate a spirit of service and a sense of social responsibility. Third, through the integration of service experience and classroom learning, students are guided to conduct in-depth reflection and think about the relationship between individuals, society and life, learn self-awareness, self-growth and value construction from the service process, and then realize the meaning and responsibility of life.
In terms of course content, the course will cover the following three major aspects:
1. Cultivation of financial knowledge and financial literacy
Includes topics such as personal financial management, budget planning, savings and investment concepts, credit management, risk control, insurance planning and financial goal setting. Through case analysis, situational simulations and practical exercises, students can develop their ability to use financial management knowledge to solve practical problems and build financial management literacy that will last a lifetime.
2. Social services and practical participation
Combining community service, financial education promotion, public welfare activities or care for the disadvantaged and other service plans, students can understand the economic, educational and life needs and challenges of different groups in society through practical participation, and transform the knowledge they have learned into service actions to practice the university's spirit of social responsibility.
3. Reflective learning and life education
Through learning logs, reflection reports, group discussions, achievement sharing, and teacher guidance, we help students examine learning gains and growth experiences in the service process, and reflect on the meaning of wealth, happiness, responsibility, and the value of life. Through the cyclical process of knowledge learning, service practice and self-reflection, we promote students' character development, value improvement and the realization of holistic education.
This course expects students to not only learn how to manage money, but also learn how to manage life; not only focus on the accumulation of personal finances, but also cultivate an attitude of caring for society, serving others and cherishing life, and become modern citizens with professional abilities, humanistic qualities and a sense of social responsibility.
