課程核心理念:
在 AI、地緣政治、供應鏈重組與全球化轉變的時代,企業之間的競爭,已不再只是產品與價格的競爭,而逐漸轉變為供應鏈整合能力、成本管理能力、資源配置能力與全球戰略思維之競爭。
本課程以「全球戰略採購」為核心主軸,結合國際貿易、供應鏈管理、企業戰略、全球產業分析與 AI 數位化趨勢,帶領學生理解未來世界的變化,以及企業如何在高度不確定的環境中建立競爭優勢。
課程內容將結合理論、產業案例、企業實務與決策模擬,透過全球知名企業案例分析、供應鏈戰爭、科技競爭與跨國企業經營模式,培養學生具備國際視野、問題分析能力、邏輯思考能力與跨領域整合能力。
本課程不只是探討「如何採購」,更希望學生理解:
「真正的競爭力,來自於整合世界資源的能力。」
並從企業競爭的角度,進一步思考個人在未來職場中的定位與核心價值,最終建立屬於自己的國際競爭力與職場影響力。
Course core concepts:
In the era of AI, geopolitics, supply chain restructuring and globalization transformation, the competition between enterprises is no longer just a competition of products and prices, but has gradually transformed into a competition of supply chain integration capabilities, cost management capabilities, resource allocation capabilities and global strategic thinking.
This course takes "Global Strategic Procurement" as its core axis and combines international trade, supply chain management, corporate strategy, global industry analysis and AI digital trends to lead students to understand the changes in the future world and how companies can establish competitive advantages in a highly uncertain environment.
The course content will combine theory, industrial cases, corporate practice and decision-making simulation. Through case analysis of world-renowned enterprises, supply chain wars, technological competition and multinational enterprise business models, students will be trained to have international vision, problem analysis ability, logical thinking ability and cross-field integration ability.
This course not only discusses "how to purchase", but also hopes that students will understand:
"True competitiveness comes from the ability to integrate the world's resources."
From the perspective of corporate competition, we further think about our personal positioning and core values in the future workplace, and ultimately establish our own international competitiveness and workplace influence.

本課程希望帶學生重新認識「採購」這件事。很多人以為採購只是比價、下單與催貨,但真正的世界級企業,從 Apple、Toyota 到台積電,其背後真正決定競爭力的,往往不是工廠,而是供應鏈與戰略採購能力。
課程將從全球供應鏈的角度出發,帶領學生理解企業如何在國際貿易、地緣政治、AI 與數位轉型快速變化的時代中,建立自己的競爭優勢。我們將討論供應商管理、採購談判、成本控制、物流與庫存管理,也會探討晶片短缺、疫情、紅海危機與中美科技戰如何影響全球企業。
此外,課程亦將結合大量真實企業案例,讓學生理解:「便宜的,不一定最便宜;最快的,也不一定最有效率。」真正優秀的採購人才,看的從來不只是價格,而是風險、信任、品質、交期與企業未來。
希望修完本課程後,學生不只是學會採購技巧,更能開始用全球經營者的角度,看懂企業競爭背後真正的邏輯。

This course hopes to bring students a new understanding of "purchasing". Many people think that procurement is just about comparing prices, placing orders and urging goods. However, for truly world-class companies, from Apple, Toyota to TSMC, what really determines their competitiveness is often not the factory, but the supply chain and strategic procurement capabilities.
The course will start from the perspective of global supply chain and lead students to understand how enterprises can establish their own competitive advantages in the era of rapid changes in international trade, geopolitics, AI and digital transformation. We will discuss supplier management, procurement negotiations, cost control, logistics and inventory management. We will also explore how chip shortages, the epidemic, the Red Sea crisis and the Sino-US technology war affect global enterprises.
In addition, the course will also combine a large number of real business cases to allow students to understand: "The cheapest is not necessarily the cheapest; the fastest is not necessarily the most efficient." Truly outstanding procurement talents never only look at price, but also risk, trust, quality, delivery and the future of the company.
It is hoped that after completing this course, students will not only learn procurement skills, but also begin to understand the real logic behind corporate competition from the perspective of a global operator.

Really powerful purchasing involves buying more than just materials.
