Global Sales Practice
教育目標 Course Target
在多數從事國際經營與貿易的台灣企業中,大部分企業所從事的商業模式是以B2B(企業對企業)的銷售方式經營。無論是以人員直接銷售,海外分支據點營運,跨國代理經營,或者網路行銷推廣,所有的銷售行為都需具備實務性的知識作為基礎。例如,如何定義合適的市場,找出正確的客戶,安排有效率的接觸與進行推廣,有紀律的長期客戶經營模式,以及精實的銷售管理與績效評估。此外,銷售人員在本職學能上更需要加強對商務合約的認知,並且具備商務簡報與談判的基本能力。在本課程中,學生將學習這些相關的實務知識如何運作,作為將來進入職場從事相關工作時的職務技能。
Among the majority of Taiwanese companies engaged in international operations and trade, the business model of most of them is based on B2B (business-to-business) sales. Whether it is direct sales by personnel, overseas branch operations, cross-border agency operations, or online marketing and promotion, all sales actions require practical knowledge as the basis. For example, how to define the right market, identify the right customers, arrange efficient contacts and promotions, have a disciplined long-term customer management model, and precise sales management and performance evaluation. In addition, sales staff need to strengthen their understanding of business contracts and have basic abilities in business briefing and negotiation. In this course, students will learn how these relevant practical knowledge works as job skills when they enter the workplace and engage in related jobs in the future.
