Introduction of Analog Integration Circuit Design

教育目標 Course Target

本課程旨在建立學生於電機電子與半導體領域中類比積體電路設計之基礎理論與實務應用能力,內容涵蓋 MOSFET 元件特性、偏壓電路、電流鏡、差動放大器、運算放大器及類比訊號處理等核心概念,並介紹類比積體電路於半導體晶片設計中的應用與設計方法。課程亦將結合半導體元件物理與製程概念,使學生了解元件參數、製程變異及寄生效應對類比電路性能之影響。

This course aims to build students' basic theory and practical application ability in analog integrated circuit design in the fields of electromechanical electronics and semiconductors. The content covers core concepts such as MOSFET component characteristics, bias circuits, current mirrors, differential amplifiers, operational amplifiers and analog signal processing. It also introduces the application and design methods of analog integrated circuits in semiconductor chip design. The course will also combine semiconductor device physics and process concepts to enable students to understand the impact of device parameters, process variations and parasitics on the performance of analog circuits.
