瞭解環保行政的基本知識，包含：環保機關組織與運作，環保行政計畫之規劃、研擬、決策分析與評估，環保行政計畫之擬訂，環保行政程序與執行，實務與案例分析，及行政救濟與公害糾紛處理。內容包含:
一、行政學的基本概念與內涵；環保政策之規劃、研擬與決策分析；環保行政計畫之評估、理論與實務；政策行銷；
二、環境政策工具介紹與實例；如何利用環保所學知識應用於查核現場；Case Study介紹。

Understand the basic knowledge of environmental protection administration, including: organization and operation of environmental protection agencies, planning, research, decision-making analysis and evaluation of environmental protection administrative plans, formulation of environmental protection administrative plans, environmental protection administrative procedures and execution, practical and case analysis, and administrative relief and public nuisance dispute resolution. Content includes:
1. Basic concepts and connotations of administration; planning, research and decision-making analysis of environmental protection policies; evaluation, theory and practice of environmental protection administrative plans; policy marketing;
2. Introduction and examples of environmental policy tools; how to use the knowledge learned in environmental protection to apply to inspection sites; introduction to Case Study.

使學生瞭解環保行政學的基本概念，環保政策之規劃研擬、決策分析與評估，環保行政計畫之擬訂，環保機關之組織與運作，環保行政程序與執行，行政救濟與公害糾紛處理。
