Unit Operations (III)
教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在了解質量傳遞（Mass Transfer）的基本原理及其與熱傳遞的類比關係。熟練掌握穩態與非穩態擴散、對流質量傳遞的計算方法。理解同時熱質傳遞現象，並能應用於氣體吸收、增濕、乾燥等單元操作。具備液-液萃取（含浸取）及二元蒸餾的基礎設計能力。能將質量傳遞原理應用於化工程序設計與問題分析，培養工程判斷力。
This course aims to understand the basic principles of mass transfer and its analogy with heat transfer. Be proficient in the calculation methods of steady-state and unsteady-state diffusion and convective mass transfer. Understand the phenomenon of simultaneous heat and mass transfer and be able to apply it to unit operations such as gas absorption, humidification, and drying. Possess basic design capabilities for liquid-liquid extraction (including leaching) and binary distillation. Be able to apply mass transfer principles to chemical engineering program design and problem analysis, and develop engineering judgment.
