Principles of Polymerization
教育目標 Course Target
目前高分子材料應用已跳脫傳統工業發展,因應功能性及特用高分子材料發展,本課程將藉由系統化之教學內容,依據高分子化學合方法及高分子結構特性以深入淺出的方式讓學生能夠了解高分子材料在現代科技與日常生活所扮演的角色,尤其在於現今半導體封裝材料技術及高階電子絕緣與導電性材料應用原理。課程也將引用實用性生醫高分子材料文獻回顧搭配課程章節內容進行剖析說明,課程中也將透過分組的方式讓同學間在作業議題上能體驗群體討論的方法與合作以提升學習之興趣。讓有志於從高分子科學相關研究或科技產業的同學能獲得更有系統性的學習與幫助。
At present, the application of polymer materials has broken away from traditional industrial development. In response to the development of functional and special polymer materials, this course will use systematic teaching content, based on polymer chemical synthesis methods and polymer structural characteristics, to enable students to understand the role of polymer materials in modern technology and daily life, especially in today's semiconductor packaging material technology and the application principles of high-end electronic insulation and conductive materials. The course will also cite a literature review of practical biomedical polymer materials to analyze and explain the content of the course chapters. The course will also use grouping to allow students to experience group discussion methods and cooperation on homework issues to enhance their interest in learning.讓有志於從高分子科學相關研究或科技產業的同學能獲得更有系統性的學習與幫助。
