教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在介紹化妝品常見微生物污染來源、檢驗方法及鑑定技術，內容涵蓋化妝品微生物法規要求、無菌操作技術、培養基選擇、菌落觀察、微生物分離培養、生化鑑定及分子生物學鑑定技術等。透過理論講授與實驗操作，使學員能掌握化妝品微生物檢測流程，了解污染風險評估及品質管制策略，提升產品安全性與法規符合性。
This course aims to introduce common sources of microbial contamination in cosmetics, inspection methods and identification techniques. The content covers cosmetic microbiological regulatory requirements, aseptic operation techniques, culture medium selection, colony observation, microbial isolation and culture, biochemical identification and molecular biology identification techniques, etc. Through theoretical lectures and experimental operations, students can master the cosmetic microbial testing process, understand contamination risk assessment and quality control strategies, and improve product safety and regulatory compliance.
