從科學的角度觀察自然現象，如宇宙的誕生、數學與物理定律、地球的存在、生命的起源與演化，了解自然的規則與特性，從探索自然現象進而產生思想與信仰，進而形塑更深入的人生哲學思想，最終建立核心信仰。

Observe natural phenomena from a scientific perspective, such as the birth of the universe, the laws of mathematics and physics, the existence of the earth, the origin and evolution of life, understand the rules and characteristics of nature, and then generate thoughts and beliefs from exploring natural phenomena, and then shape more in-depth philosophical thoughts on life, and finally establish core beliefs.

本課程為共同選修課，不屬於通識課程。
1.教學目的：瞭解自然科學和宗教信仰的性質、以及兩者之間的關係。
2.主要內容：科學哲學導論、宗教信仰的種類、邏輯的問題、科學和信仰之間的衝突、如何知道聖經中的神是存在的。
我之所以要強調基督教和聖經，除了因為我自己是基督徒以外，還因為在其他的場合中，例如從別的老師、電視和書報雜誌等常常聽到其他的立場。但要聽到該立場的機會卻很少，況且跟科學最有關係的信仰就是基督教。
此課程培養的能力是邏輯判斷，強調的應用是信仰和道德的選擇。

This course is a common elective course and does not belong to the general courses.
1. Teaching purpose: Understand the nature of natural science and religious belief, and the relationship between the two.
2. Main content: Introduction to the philosophy of science, types of religious beliefs, logical issues, conflicts between science and faith, and how to know that the God in the Bible exists.
The reason why I want to emphasize Christianity and the Bible is not only because I am a Christian myself, but also because I often hear other positions on other occasions, such as from other teachers, television, books, newspapers, and magazines. But opportunities to hear this position are rare, and the faith most closely related to science is Christianity.
The ability developed in this course is logical judgment, and the application emphasized is faith and moral choices.
