本課程旨在介紹量子資訊與量子計算的核心概念、理論基礎與未來科技應用，帶領學生理解量子力學如何改變資訊處理方式，並建立對新世代量子科技之整體認識。課程內容兼顧科普理解與基礎理論，透過量子位元、量子疊加、量子糾纏、量子演算法與量子通訊等主題，引導學生認識量子計算與傳統計算的差異，以及其在密碼學、材料模擬、人工智慧與未來科技中的潛在影響。

課程亦將介紹目前全球量子科技發展趨勢，包括超導量子電腦、離子阱量子電腦、量子網路與量子密鑰分配等技術，並探討量子科技在產業與社會層面的影響。透過演算法分析、視覺化模擬與簡易量子電路操作，培養學生跨領域科技素養與對前沿科技之理解能力。

This course aims to introduce the core concepts, theoretical foundations and future technological applications of quantum information and quantum computing, lead students to understand how quantum mechanics changes the way of information processing, and establish an overall understanding of the new generation of quantum technology. The course content takes into account popular science understanding and basic theory. Through topics such as qubits, quantum superposition, quantum entanglement, quantum algorithms and quantum communication, it guides students to understand the differences between quantum computing and traditional computing, as well as its potential impact in cryptography, material simulation, artificial intelligence and future technology.

The course will also introduce the current development trends of global quantum technology, including superconducting quantum computers, ion trap quantum computers, quantum networks and quantum key distribution, and explore the impact of quantum technology on industry and society. Through algorithm analysis, visual simulation and simple quantum circuit operations, students will develop cross-field technological literacy and understanding of cutting-edge technologies.
