本課程以幼兒教育與文化創意實務為核心，結合語文表達、美感教育、創意教學及兒童發展理論，引導學生進入幼兒教育與文創產業現場進行實習與觀察。透過實際參與兒童語文活動、美術創作課程、繪本導讀、口語表達訓練及課堂協助等工作，培養學生規劃與執行兒童教學活動之能力，提升其教學設計、溝通表達、團隊合作及問題解決能力。 課程強調理論與實務並重，學生除學習幼兒認知發展、課程設計原理與班級經營技巧外，更透過觀課、協同教學、試教與實地實習等方式，了解兒童教育產業之運作模式與人才需求。藉由與業界專業教師共同合作，培養學生將文學、語言、藝術與文化創意知識轉化為兒童可理解之學習內容，發展跨領域教學與文化推廣能力。

This course takes early childhood education and cultural creative practice as the core, combines Chinese expression, aesthetic education, creative teaching and child development theory to guide students into early childhood education and cultural creative industry sites for internship and observation. Through practical participation in children's language activities, art creation courses, picture book readings, oral expression training and classroom assistance, students will develop their ability to plan and implement children's teaching activities, and improve their teaching design, communication and expression, teamwork and problem-solving abilities. The course emphasizes both theory and practice. In addition to learning about early childhood cognitive development, curriculum design principles, and class management skills, students also learn about the operating model and talent needs of the children's education industry through class observation, collaborative teaching, trial teaching, and field internships. By cooperating with professional teachers in the industry, students are trained to transform knowledge of literature, language, art and cultural creativity into learning content that children can understand, and develop cross-field teaching and cultural promotion abilities.
