教育目標 Course Target
法院組織法是規範司法機關的組織及其法定職權。在法律學系的課堂上，是少有的「組織法」類型的課程；本課程將介紹各級司法機關，以及該機關得法定職權及該等職權運作方式，同時輔以實務現況加以說明，使修課者瞭解現行司法實際情況。主要的學習重點有：法院組織法的理論、各級法院（地方法院、高等法院、最高法院）及檢察署的規範、法庭活動等與法院組織法有關的內容。
The Court Organization Law regulates the organization of judicial organs and their statutory powers. It is a rare "organizational law" type course in the Department of Law. This course will introduce various levels of judicial agencies, as well as the legal powers of the agencies and the operation of these powers. It will also be supplemented by practical explanations to enable students to understand the actual current judicial situation. The main learning focuses are: the theory of court organizational law, the norms of courts at all levels (district courts, high courts, supreme courts) and prosecutorial offices, court activities and other content related to court organizational law.
