教育目標 Course Target
債編各論是各類典型契約之具體規範。本課程延續上學期課程進度，主要聚焦於租賃、承攬、委任等類型，並且解說實務上常見之無名契約，讓學生繼續深化對於民法整體的認識。
The treatises on debt are specific specifications for various types of typical contracts. This course continues the course progress of the previous semester, focusing mainly on leasing, contracting, appointment and other types, and explaining common anonymous contracts in practice, allowing students to continue to deepen their understanding of civil law as a whole.

明瞭各種法定契約類型的相關理論與實務問題，並從其中學習與反思法學思考模式。
Understand the relevant theoretical and practical issues of various types of legal contracts, and learn and reflect on legal thinking models.
