素描的根本定義是「表達和闡明 (證明) 靈魂中的概念」（Giorgio Vasari），在現代語境中可理解為「抽象思維的視覺化展現」。其中涉及形式創造的技藝面向，以及創作者意象生成的漸進過程。故本學期課程內容將依據「室內空間。畫中畫」之主題原則進行繪畫實作與專題討論的交互模式，引導學習者掌握「意象構思」的藝術能力，並了解繪畫作為形式表達時所具有的寓意特質。

學期前半段：藉由經典畫作範例進行圖像觀察與形式分析，以此掌握藝術詮釋的理論性原則。
學期後半段：在個人圖像構思的創作活動中建立形式創造與主題寓意之間的內在關聯，並掌握思想性圖像構成的創作學特質。

The fundamental definition of sketching is "to express and illustrate (prove) concepts in the soul" (Giorgio Vasari), which in the modern context can be understood as "the visual presentation of abstract thinking." It involves the technical aspect of form creation, as well as the gradual process of generating the creator's image. Therefore, the content of this semester's course will be based on the theme principle of "Indoor Space. Painting within Painting" to carry out an interactive mode of painting practice and special discussion, guiding learners to master the artistic ability of "image conception" and understand the allegorical qualities of painting as a formal expression.

First half of the semester: Image observation and formal analysis through classic painting examples to master the theoretical principles of artistic interpretation.
Second half of the semester: Establish the internal connection between form creation and theme meaning in the creative activities of personal image conception, and master the creative characteristics of ideological image composition.
