教育目標 Course Target

本課程以維護農業發展與生態環境永續兼具為原則,藉由對土壤科學、資材利用技術及植物病蟲害管理策略等三大領域的知識整合,彙集成具有應用價值的教材內容,期能讓學生們建立農業永續經營之理念。授課方式以每周三小時之演說、及農業試驗單位與生技公司之實地參訪,使學生們能有深入了解,前9週以農業害蟲生物防治技術及微生物資材應用、作物病害管理及安全用藥為主、後9週則以土壤肥力資材使用為主, 以提升植物健康耐逆境與抗病蟲害能力。介紹作物、害物與環境之交互關係,同時加入在氣候變遷的條件下,農業生產面臨的危機與因應措施之重要性。介紹永續農業之發展,以生態原理為基礎,以環境友善為目的。讓學生了解如何整合生態、病蟲草害整合管理、土壤及水質性質、作物營養、肥料及農田廢棄物利用在整個永續農業中的角色及應用原理。以合理化施肥,利用生物性及非化學防治技術,秉持節能減碳維持良好環境品質。生產安全、健康、高品質之有機農產品,達成永續農業經營之目的。

This course is based on the principle of maintaining both agricultural development and the sustainability of the ecological environment. By integrating knowledge in the three major fields of soil science, material utilization technology, and plant pest and disease management strategies, it is compiled into teaching materials with practical value, hoping to enable students to establish the concept of sustainable agricultural management. The teaching method consists of three hours of lectures per week, and on-site visits to agricultural experimental units and biotechnology companies, so that students can have an in-depth understanding. The first 9 weeks focus on agricultural pest biological control technology and the application of microbial materials, crop disease management and safe pesticide use. The last 9 weeks focus on the use of soil fertility materials to improve plant health, adversity tolerance and resistance to pests and diseases. Introduce the interactive relationship between crops, pests and the environment, and also add the risks faced by agricultural production and the importance of response measures under climate change. Introducing the development of sustainable agriculture, which is based on ecological principles and aims to be environmentally friendly. Let students understand how to integrate ecology, integrated management of diseases, pests and weeds, soil and water quality properties, crop nutrition, the role and application principles of fertilizer and farmland waste utilization in the entire sustainable agriculture. We use rational fertilization, use biological and non-chemical control technologies, and uphold energy conservation and carbon reduction to maintain good environmental quality. Produce safe, healthy and high-quality organic agricultural products to achieve the purpose of sustainable agricultural management.
