教育目標 Course Target
本課是果樹栽培的啟蒙課程，著重闡述果樹的基本特性與栽培方法，包括生長發育規律、育苗、建園、栽培與採後處理的應用原理。並本諸因地制宜、適地適栽的原則，幫助同學了解台灣果樹產業發展。
This course is an enlightenment course for fruit tree cultivation, focusing on the basic characteristics and cultivation methods of fruit trees, including the application principles of growth and development rules, seedling raising, gardening, cultivation and post-harvest treatment. It also introduces the principles of adapting to local conditions and planting in the right place to help students understand the development of Taiwan's fruit tree industry.
