o推薦理由： 雖為通用教材，但內容涵蓋了採購夥伴關係、冷鏈物流及 ERP 應用，非常適合引導學生理解農產品採購中的物流與資訊流整合。
•《採購管理》，許振邦著，五南出版。

2.農政與台灣實務（在地化與法規）
農產品採購受政策與產地特性影響極大，建議選用官方或本土個案書籍。

• "Supply Chain Management" (Third Edition), written by Zhang Jianfu, published by Xinwenjing Publishing (2022).
oReason for recommendation: Although it is a general textbook, the content covers procurement partnerships, cold chain logistics and ERP applications. It is very suitable for guiding students to understand the integration of logistics and information flow in agricultural product procurement.
•"Purchasing Management", written by Xu Zhenbang, published by Wunan.
oReason for recommendation: This is a classic textbook in the field of procurement management in Taiwan. It has very detailed SOP instructions for procurement contracts, negotiations, inquiry and valuation processes.
2. Agricultural administration and Taiwan practice (localization and regulations)
The procurement of agricultural products is greatly affected by policies and characteristics of the origin. It is recommended to use official or local case books.

oReason for recommendation: Closely following the 108 curriculum and the latest agricultural trends, the content includes the transportation and marketing of agricultural products, cost analysis, and policies and regulations, which is the basis for understanding Taiwan’s procurement environment.
•"Agricultural Politics and Agricultural Situation" monthly magazine, published by the Ministry of Agriculture.

It is recommended that students regularly read the "Production and Sales Situation" and "Smart Agriculture" columns to understand the actual impact of current production and sales records (TAP), climate insurance, etc. on the procurement side.
