教育目標 Course Target
因應世界貿易自由化下的趨勢，農產品的生產與品質管理，悄然也成為國與國之農業資源的競爭項目。針對民眾所希望高品質之農產品，又能以低廉的成本常年提供，是穩定民生經濟基本的一環。廣義的農產品除了糧食作物外，畜產、水產、花卉、水果、林木等及其附屬產品，皆屬農業範疇。本課程將針對農產品的生產過程、品質、成本、速率、生產力等綜合性的分析，俾使學生理解品質管理在農產品上的重要性。
In response to the trend of world trade liberalization, the production and quality management of agricultural products have quietly become a matter of competition for agricultural resources between countries. Providing high-quality agricultural products that the public desires at a low cost all year round is a fundamental part of stabilizing people's livelihood and the economy. In addition to food crops, agricultural products in a broad sense include livestock, aquatic products, flowers, fruits, forest trees, etc. and their ancillary products, all falling within the scope of agriculture. This course will provide a comprehensive analysis of the production process, quality, cost, speed, productivity, etc. of agricultural products so that students can understand the importance of quality management in agricultural products.
