Agribusiness Management
教育目標 Course Target
使學生了解國內外農業生產環境及主要農產品生產過程，並學習企業管理的基本理論與概念，以應用在農場或農企業之經營。整合相關課程之農業學科對現場農企業組織經營的實務應用，以滿足學生學位或升遷等在職生涯規劃目標，強化農企業經營管理應用能力。透過不同生產及運作模式之業界參訪觀摩，促進學生深入瞭解農業業界運作情形。
It enables students to understand the agricultural production environment and the production process of major agricultural products at home and abroad, and learn the basic theories and concepts of business management to apply them in the operation of farms or agricultural enterprises. Integrate the practical application of agricultural disciplines in relevant courses to on-site agricultural enterprise organization and management to meet students' on-the-job career planning goals such as degree or promotion, and strengthen the application capabilities of agricultural enterprise management. Through industry visits and observation of different production and operation models, students can gain an in-depth understanding of the operation of the agricultural industry.
