Special Crop Science(w/practicum)
教育目標 Course Target
培養學生具備辨識、栽培、加工與開發各類特用作物之綜合能力，建立從生產到產業應用的全程思維。課程結合理論與實務，涵蓋藥用、香料、飲料、油料、纖維及工業用途等作物領域，強調永續農業與地方創生的連結。學生透過分組專題與實作觀摩，能理解市場趨勢、品質管理與加值加工技術，進而培養創新應用與跨域整合的能力，成為具備產業分析、研發及行銷思維的專業人才
Cultivate students to have the comprehensive ability to identify, cultivate, process and develop various special crops, and establish a whole-process thinking from production to industrial application. The course combines theory and practice, covering crop fields such as medicinals, spices, beverages, oils, fibers and industrial uses, emphasizing the connection between sustainable agriculture and local creation. Through group topics and practical observation, students can understand market trends, quality management and value-added processing technologies, thereby cultivating the ability of innovative applications and cross-domain integration, and becoming professionals with industrial analysis, R&D and marketing thinking.
