教育目標 Course Target
本課程聚焦在「人工智能與刑事法」的相關問題，從而進行探析。雖然人工智能尚在發展階段，但已經開始影響人類的生活與社會；法隨時轉，當前正在發展中的人工智能，也對刑事法的理論、規範及實務產生影響。同時，也希望藉由本課程培養研究生思辨、撰寫、報告及與談論文的能力。
This course focuses on the analysis of issues related to "artificial intelligence and criminal law". Although artificial intelligence is still in the development stage, it has begun to affect human life and society; laws change at any time, and the currently developing artificial intelligence also has an impact on the theory, norms and practice of criminal law. At the same time, it is also hoped that this course will help graduate students develop their ability to think, write, report and discuss essays.
